Where we ship We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Order processing Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, processing may take longer.

Shipped directly from our partners Many of our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information by email as each package ships.

Delivery times Delivery times depend on the supplier and your location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur, especially during the holiday season.

Duties and taxes Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us right away.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at mohamedsbussiness@gmail.com and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
