This website is operated by WarmWhimsy. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using our store You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your province or territory.

2. Products and pricing We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless shown otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Partner suppliers Some products are made and shipped by independent partner suppliers. We work to make sure those items meet your expectations, and we handle your orders, support, and returns on their behalf.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to WarmWhimsy or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarmWhimsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

10. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies at the time of your order.
